I had a wonderful experience this. Every time I go in there it reminds me when I was a kid grow up in New York. Smells the food garlic bread, beautiful. Mary, who was our server, not the hostess of the server.😁 provided us with great service and who was real patient with us. I appreciate her description about the difference between the lunch menu and the dinner menu cause normally I would just come in for lunch but dinner was a little bit different. Not complaining mind you. In between the salad entrée and the dessert I will definitely come there for dinner again. To Mary keep up the good work we’ll see you next time

To start this review, I want to say that I had no issues with the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and did a great job serving us. However, the condition of the restaurant was very concerning. As soon as we walked in, we were met with a strong damp, musty odor. After being seated, I noticed that sections of the flooring were peeling and bubbling, with some areas held down by screws. From my experience working on remodeling projects, flooring in this condition is often a sign of prolonged moisture damage, which can lead to mold or mildew if not properly addressed. I also noticed what appeared to be mold or mildew around several ceiling vents and on the surrounding walls. You could even see where someone had attempted to wipe these areas clean, but the discoloration was still clearly visible. There were numerous large water stains throughout the ceiling, suggesting there may have been ongoing water intrusion. While I can't confirm what is behind the walls or ceiling without a professional inspection, the visible damage, musty odor, and apparent mold or mildew were very concerning. We love Buca. We have been going for our anniversary every year for the past 20 years and Chris and his team out did themselves during our recent visit. My family appreciates the wonderful evening of memories you helped create.

Amazing food! Our waiter Trevor was really nice! The restaurant is super pretty and cozy. The food portions are good to feed 4 people. Overall a great place to eat, will definitely be coming back!!

We do a once-a-month Daddy & Daughter date, and Buca di Beppo in Shenandoah has become one of our repeat favorites—especially the Chef’s Table. Sitting right by the kitchen makes it feel like dinner comes with a front-row seat: pans moving, plates stacking, the steady rhythm of a working line. We went with the chef’s recommendation and let the table fill up in waves—bread and sauces, crispy shareable starters, then a big, comforting entrée with a crunchy edge and plenty of marinara and parmesan. Dessert was chocolate with two spoons, which is basically our closing ritual. Great spot for an easy, family-style night when you want to linger. Return: By the time we stand up to leave, the pace in my chest has matched the pace of the kitchen—steady, warm, and ordinary in the best way.
